New Coffee Availability List:

Bolivian Peaberry FT Organic, Cenaproc Co-Op
Grower Certified Organic, Fair Trade, Peaberry
Received 6/25/2007
Our last stash of this delightful Peaberry, and your last chance to enjoy this unusual Bolivian before it's gone! Heavy Bolivian soils produce a solid coffee, earthy and sharp with a distinct licorice cup. Expect a long thick syrup finish, shockingly spicy. A truly heavy coffee in a delightful peaberry!

Peruvian Norte, Pronatur Co-Op
FT, Organic, Songbird
Received 6/25/2007
A classic Peruvian Fair Trade Organic coffee from the Pronatur Co-Op. This is a smooth, soft, medium bodied bean with the subtle essence of dark chocolate, roasted from exotic cacao. This is a clean and mellow coffee, simple and satisfying.

Colombian Supremo Huila Valencia
Received 6/25/2007
Sweet caramel balanced with a soft buttery finish. This Colombian is an outstanding medium bodied cup, clean and bright. Judged the best Colombian coffee at the hight of season by our importers, this Colombian exemplifies "specialty Coffee" from a country best known for commercial grade and quantity.

Ethiopian Washed Horse Yirgacheffe
Received 6/25/2007
This month's import of African origin is a wild Black Horse Yirgacheffe, a small irregular bean with a good balance of sweet and syrup. This is a washed African, and produces a good cup of smooth soft crema, pronounced fruity highlights and very light, crisp earthy body.

Indonesian Flores Bajawa
Received 6/25/2007
Flores is an island in the Indonesian archipelago, located between Java and Timor. The coffee is sweet, full bodied and Java-like. This coffee produces a black cup of sweet liquorice, very clean and thick and syrupy. I was informed this was an extremely rare opportunity, almost certainly a "one time buy" of this exotic rare coffee.

New Water Process Decaf:

Guatemalan Decaf Huehuetanango
Received 6/25/2007
We have all been waiting for this one! Our Guatemalan Huehuetanango Water Processed Decaf is produced from the same Guatemalan coffee we roast here in the shop. True to it's origin, this is an intensely complex coffee, while still medium in body. I honestly could not tell my first roast of this Decaf apart from it's caffeinated counterpart. Simply stunning quality!

Mexican Altura Pluma Tres Oros Decaf
Received 6/25/2007
A special delivery of Decaf, water processed - Clean, light golden brown liqueur, subtle maple and black tea syrup. True to it's origin, this is a lighter coffee with a sweet spice. If you like a golden coffee, you'll love the Mexican Decaf from Pluma Altura!

El Salvador Pulp Natural Decaf
Received 6/25/2007
Another example of an incredible new decaf experience!
We have received a small quantity of the incredible El Salvador Pulp Natural coffee, water processed in Veracruz Mexico. A stunning example of our new Royal Select Decaf program, we now serve this Salvador Pulp Natural coffee as regular coffee and decaf simultaneously.

As a side note, we now have a delivery vehicle capable of transporting the Old Bisbee Roasters espresso bar. Last weekend was the grand opening of the Sky Gypsies Airport in Rodeo, New Mexico. I had the pleasure of serving espresso in the hanger! As I always say, "A gentleman is always ready to serve coffee at a moment's notice." My special thanks to Colonel Neil Borowski, who gave me my first taste of an Ultralight Trike flight.

You can now consider scheduling espresso service at your special events, weddings, etc! Anyone within a day's travel by car is welcome to ask if I'm available. I've been serving espresso at functions for years locally, and now the Old Bisbee Roasters espresso bar has wheels!
