New Coffee Availability List:

Ethiopian Red Sea
Received 6/06/2007
Extremely limited supply - Our last 400 lbs. this year!
Raved about in Gourmet Magazine! This is the final 400 lbs. available this year, so be sure you have a taste before it's gone! Blended by our importers at Royal Coffee, this is an extremely sweet, fruity sharp African blend. Wine-like Ethiopian Harar, Mocha Yemen Sinani and Ethiopian Yergacheffe are combined in equal parts to create this coffee. Distinct with the smell of ripe, wild coffee fruit. Sweet sharp high notes and a complex robust yet not earthy cup.

Indian Mysore Nuggets
Received 6/06/2007
Another first after 10 years! Our first 400 lbs of this fine coffee sold out in only 16 days, so be sure you give this highly unusual coffee a try before it's too late! Super rich, with a deep earthy, baking chocolate flavor. There's the unmistakable hint of hot leather saddles and the spice of Muscat raisins. I was shocked by my first cup, and I thought I had tasted everything!

Guatemalan Huehuetenango "Palhu"
Received 6/06/2007
Ask me for the most popular coffee each year and I'll be sure and recommend coffee from Huehuetanango. Pronounced "Way-Way Ta-Nan-Go", this is the highest mountain range in Guatemala. Our "Palhu" is an exceptionally complex, spicy Latin American bean. All the complexity of flavors found only in the highest grown Central American coffee, yet amazingly clean and subtle. When asked to recommend our most popular coffee, Guatemalan is always number one on my list.
Now available in DECAF!

Costa Rican La Rosa
Received 6/06/2007
Coffee grown in the northern and eastern high-altitude plantations of Naranjo, Costa Rica. La Rosa is a beautiful sharp and spicy bean with a sweet spritz of caramel flavor. A great example of the "Costa Rican Snap" - very forward with flavor and clean on the finish.

Sumatra Blue Mandheling Organic
Certified Organic
Received 6/06/2007
A Certified Organic Mandheling with the famous deep dark blue green bean. This is a fun coffee to roast - super strong, thick aroma from sweet black volcanic earth produces a strong syrupy cup that always amazes me with it's powerful, unmistakable body. This is the sweetest coffee with the most syrup you will ever find. Earthy, thick, the boldest of the bold. Join us in celebrating the return of the Indonesian King of Coffee, Sumatra Blue Mandheling!

New Water Process Decaf:

Guatemalan Decaf Huehuetanango
Received 6/06/2007
We have all been waiting for this one! Our Guatemalan Huehuetanango Water Processed Decaf is produced from the same Guatemalan coffee we roast here in the shop. True to it's origin, this is an intensely complex coffee, while still medium in body. I honestly could not tell my first roast of this Decaf apart from it's caffeinated counterpart. Simply stunning quality!

El Salvador Pulp Natural Decaf
Received 6/06/2007
Another example of an incredible new decaf experience!
We have received a small quantity of the incredible El Salvador Pulp Natural coffee, water processed in Veracruz Mexico. A stunning example of our new Royal Select Decaf program, we now serve this Salvador Pulp Natural coffee as regular coffee and decaf simultaneously.

A special thanks to Faye McCalmont, Director of the Mimbres Region Arts Festival for my invitation to serve at Silver City's annual Blues Festival. I highly recommend this event to anyone who can attend - the Silver City Blues Festival is a FREE weekend of amazing music!
