We are very excited to have this Brazilian back in season! Grown on the slopes of the "Serra da Mantiqueira", this traditional Brazilian Mogiana is a sharp, sweet cup of earthy black velvet. This is a component of espresso blends that makes an outstanding coffee in its own right. This Brazilian coffee is a shocker - an explosive cup. The syrup is so thick it's like drinking black oil from my espresso machine!
Colombian Popayan Especial Cenaproc

Rising from the Pacific lowlands across the Andean Cordillea Occidental, The Valle del Cauca region brings us this exceptional coffee. This varietal is like no other I have tasted from Colombia. With characteristics unlike traditional Colombian Coffees, The Popayan Especial is an expressive, powerful cup! Strong tones of pecan and cured tobacco give way to a rich smooth finish. I was so amazed by this coffee that I ordered the last 770 kilos available this year.
Costa Rican Monte Crisol

Grown in a mix of Red Lateritic and lush Volcanic Soils in the West Central Valleys of Costa Rica. Aromas of Chocolate and Spices will tantalize your senses as the steam rises from your cup. This is a delicate yet complex bean. Slightly woody, but light, this Central American varietal finishes strong and clean. The Monte Crisol has produced a consistently superior bean year after year. This season's crop is no exception.

Guatemalan Decaf Huehuetanango

Our Guatemalan Huehuetanango Water Processed Decaf is produced from the same Guatemalan coffee we normally roast here in the shop. True to it's origin, this is an intensely complex coffee, while still medium in body. I honestly could not tell when we first roasted this Decaf apart from it's caffeinated counterpart. Simply stunning quality!
Sumatra Natural Decaf
