New Coffee Availability List:

Costa Rican Monte Crisol
Received 3/11/2008 1lb. bag $12.99
Grown in a mix of Red Lateritic and lush Volcanic Soils in the West Central Valleys of Costa Rica. Aromas of Chocolate and Spices will tantalized your senses as the steam rises from your cup. This is a delicate, yet complex bean. Slightly woody, yet light, this Central American varietal finishes strong and clean. The Monte Crisol has produced a consistently superior bean year after year. This is seasons crop in no exception.

Peruvian Alto Prias Estate

A single Estate coffee from Alto Prias. This is a hearty, medium bodied bean with the essence of dark chocolate, roasted from exotic cacao. A clean and mellow coffee, simple and satisfying. Peruvian is a worthy introduction to our world of specialty coffee, and rich enough to satisfy the aficionado. Give Peruvian Alto Prias Estate coffee a try, and share our excitement in offering this single estate bean!

Kenya Kaliluni Machakos
Fair Trade
Received 3/11/2008 1lb. bag $12.99
This Fairtrade Coffee is from Kaliluni, in the Machakos district of southern Kenya. An Equatorial bean, with hints of nutmeg, toffee and spiced rum. Also ever present is a high citrus note. We experienced an intense lemon peel explosion when we first cupped this coffee. This is without a doubt the finest quality Kenya we will see this year! Enjoy!
Now available in DECAF!

Indonesian Flores Bajawa
Received 3/11/2008 1lb. bag $12.99
Flores is part of the Lesser Sunda Islands within the Indonesian archipelago, located between Java and Timor. Riddled with dormant and still active volcanoes, the rich soils yield coffee that is sweet and full bodied. This coffee produces a black cup of sweet licorice, very clean and thick and syrupy. It's been many months since we've seen the Flores and welcome it's arrival back in season! A nice alternative to Sumatra
