New Coffee Availability List:

Costa Rican Hermosa Dota Tarrazu
Received 1/07/08
This Costa Rican coffee is what we love about Co-Op Farming. Several small families pulling together to produce another outstanding Central American Coffee. When we cupped this Costa, we were impressed with the snappy and vibrant delivery, caramel highlights and an unmistakable malt finish, making this our favorite coffee of 2008! (Yes we know, So Far!) Now available in DECAF!

Guatemalan Huehuetanango Santa Rosa
Received 1/07/08
Specially blended in cooperation with two neighboring growers of Huehuetanango (Pronounced "Way-Way-Ta-Nan-Go"). This Central American coffee is grown in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes, the highest mountain range in Guatemala. This special blend offers the same quality you have come to expect from Guatemala. Amazingly clean, bright and smooth, this is why Guat has consistently been one of our best selling coffees year after year!

Salvador "Pulp Natural" Cerro Las Ranas
Received 1/07/2008
We are starting 2008 roasting another "Pulp Natural" from El Salvador. "Pulp Natural" describes the drying process, where the sweet fruit pulp is left to dry with the bean until the final milling takes place. I love the coffee this unusual method of drying produces, dark and sweet like a fine Cavendish pipe tobacco.
Now Available in DECAF!

Indonesian Flores Bajawa
Received 1/07/2007
Flores is part of the Lesser Sunda Islands within the Indonesian archipelago, located between Java and Timor. Riddled with dormant and still active volcanoes, the rich soil yields coffee that is sweet and full bodied. This coffee produces a black cup of sweet liquorice, very clean and thick and syrupy. It's been many months since we've seen the Flores and welcome it's arrival back in season! This coffee is a nice alternative to Sumatra.

Papua New Guinea Kimel Peaberry
Received 1/07/2008
From the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, grown in the Wahgi River Valley. This Kimel offers a hint of caramel and cream, reminiscent of cappuccino flan - an intriguing, hearty Indonesian Peaberry. You will find this coffee has tons of body with a touch of sweetness, very heavy but finishes clean and smooth.
Now available in DECAF!

New Decaf Coffee List:

Costa Rica Tarrazu Water Process Decaf
Received 1/07/2008
Snappy and vibrant, this Costa Rican has a bright caramel syrup and a clean sweet finish. Grown by the Narravo Family in the Tarrazu Region of Costa Rica, specifically the microregion of La Violeta. This small family farm yielded only 50 Bags for the whole growing season! Decaffeinated by water process in Veracruz.

El Salvador Pulp Natural Decaf
Received 1/07/2008
We have received a small quantity of the incredible El Salvador Pulp Natural coffee, water processed in Veracruz Mexico. A stunning example of our new Royal Select Decaf program, we now serve this Salvador Pulp Natural coffee as regular coffee and decaf simultaneously.
