New Coffee Availability List:

Ethiopian Red Sea
Received 9/04/2007
Extremely limited supply
Raved about in the April edition of Gourmet Magazine! Unavailable this time of year at any price, I had stashed this rare coffee for our holiday season. Enjoy!

This is an extremely sweet, fruity sharp African blend. Wine-like Ethiopian Harar, Mocha Yemen Sinani and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe are combined in equal parts to create this coffee. Distinct with the smell of ripe, wild coffee fruit. Sweet sharp high notes and a complex robust cup.
Now available in DECAF!

Indian Mysore Nuggets
Received 9/4/2007
Another first after 10 years! Our first Indian coffee roasts up super rich, with a deep earthy sweet black baking chocolate taste. There's the unmistakable hint of hot leather saddles and the spice of Muscat raisins. I was shocked by my first cup, and I thought I had tasted everything! After roasting our summer supply of Indian Mysore, I realized that the quantity I had squirreled away for Christmas would never be enough - so here it is, just in time for the first cool weather of fall. Enjoy!

Bolivian Peaberry FT Organic Cenaproc Co-Op
Grower Certified Organic, Fair Trade, Peaberry
Received 9/04/2007
Next on my list of favorites, a delightful Bolivian Peaberry. This coffee was
reserved for the holiday season, but it's just too good to wait! Heavy Bolivian soils produce a solid coffee, earthy and sharp with a distinct licorice cup. Expect a long thick syrup finish, shockingly spicy. A truly heavy coffee in a delightful peaberry!

Brazilian Cerrado
Received 9/04/2007
The Cerrado has an aroma of sweet almonds and subtle flavors of chocolate & fruit will greet your taste buds. Looking for an unusual coffee? Our Brazilian Cerrado is a very solid cup.

Brazil's "Cerrado" region (meaning "closed" or "inaccessible") is 3 times the size of Texas, and is the most biologically rich savanna in the world. Home to over 10,000 species of plants, of which 45% are exclusive to the Brazilian Cerrado. Coffee has been grown in this prolific area for generations, producing wonderful low acid, clean, medium bodied coffee.

Colombian Supremo Huila Valencia
Received 9/04/2007
A classic, the very reason why Columbian coffees are so widely loved and well received. This Supremo Huila Valencia delivers a nutty chocolate sweetness with undertones of sweet caramel and a soft buttery finish. I often say "Colombian provides a great introduction to specialty coffee, With a well rounded, mild flavor."
Now available in DECAF!
