New Latin American Coffee:

Bolivian Peaberry FT Organic Cenaproc Co-Op
Grower Certified Organic, Fair Trade
Received 5/02/2007
Our first Bolivian coffee is now available in a peaberry! This coffee is in extremely short supply. A solid coffee, earthy and sharp with a distinct licorice cup. Expect a long thick syrup finish, shockingly spicy. A truly heavy coffee!

Guatemalan Palo Alto Azul
Received 5/02/2007
This is an exceptionally smooth, creamy Guatemalan coffee. All the complexity of flavors found only in the highest grown Central American coffee, yet amazingly clean and subtle. When asked to recommend our most popular coffee, Guatemalan is always number one on my list.

Mexican Chiapas Organic Proish Co-op
Received 5/02/2007
Certified Organic
A great find - This Mexican Chiapas coffee has the classic sweet cinnamon overtones that I look forward to each year from this region. There's a hint of spice, without earthiness. This is a very light tasting coffee when roasted to perfection.

Brazilian Mogiana Cocapec
Received 5/02/2007
Our traditional Brazilian Mogiana, a Sharp, sweet cup of earthy black velvet. This is a component of espresso blends that makes an outstanding coffee in it's own right. Brazil coffee is a shocker - an explosive cup of joe that's not for the faint of heart! Brazilian coffee is hard-core, heavy duty stuff. This year is no exception, the syrup is so thick it's like drinking black oil from my espresso machine...

Peruvian Norte, Pronatur Co-Op
FT, Organic, Songbird
Received 5/02/2007
A classic Peruvian Fair Trade Organic coffee from the Pronatur Co-Op. This is a smooth, soft, medium bodied bean with the subtle essence of dark chocolate, roasted from exotic cacao. This is a clean and mellow coffee, simple and satisfying.
Now available in DECAF!

New African Coffee:

Tanzania Ruvuma AAA
Received 5/02/2007
Sweet African coffee with an intense bright lemon syrup finish. Much brighter than a Kenya, more lemony than a Costa Rican! Very light and intense. Completely amazing coffee, a stunning find.

New Indonesian Coffee:

Sumatra grade 1 Mandheling
Received 5/02/2007
Traditionally dried Indonesian with a lot of body and distinct Sumatra character. This is the sweetest coffee with the most syrup you will ever find. Earthy, thick, the boldest of the bold. Join us in celebrating the return of the Indonesian King of Coffee, Sumatra Mandheling!
Now available in DECAF!

Indonesian Flores Bajawa
Received 5/02/2007
Flores is an island in the Indonesian archipelago, located between Java and Timor. The coffee is sweet, full bodied and Java-like. This coffee produces a black cup of sweet liquorice, very clean and thick and syrupy. I was informed this was an extremely rare opportunity, almost certainly a "one time buy" of this exotic rare coffee.

New Water Process Decaf:

El Salvidor Pulp Natural Decaf
Received 5/02/2007
Our latest example of an incredible new decaf experience!
We have received a small quantity of the incredible El Salvador Pulp Natural coffee, water processed in Veracruz Mexico. A stunning example of our new Royal Select Decaf program, we now serve this Salvador Pulp Natural coffee as regular coffee and decaf simultaneously.
