I have brought in a bag of Ethiopian Washed Sidamo on my importers recommendation - this is perhaps the mildest coffee I have ever had the pleasure of drinking - there is a lovely lemon like sweetness in this coffee that makes it most unusual, a very subtle coffee indeed. Try this one if you care to take a walk on the mild side....
