Several people this week have asked "where has the PayPal page gone?"
I recently removed the PayPal page as it is a redundant copy of the availability list. For the time being, it is possible to pay for your order with PayPal, simply choose the PayPal option within the fill-in form and I will email you the PayPal payment request.
